  • Deluxe Rooms: Modern comfort with valley/mountain views, bathtubs & balconies (Ideal for couples).

  • Villas with Private Pools: Secluded luxury with infinity pools, sundecks, and butler service (Perfect for families/special occasions).

  • Luxury Tents: Eco-chic glamping with AC, private sit-outs, and forest views (Adventure meets comfort).

Are private pools available in all rooms?

Private infinity pools are exclusive to our Villas. Deluxe Rooms and Tents share access to our stunning main infinity pool with mountain views.

What amenities are included?

All rooms include:

  • AC, Wi-Fi, minibar, tea/coffee maker

  • Luxury toiletries, bathrobes & slippers

    Villas add: Private pool, butler service, and Bose speakers.

Can we request extra beds/cribs?

Yes! Deluxe Rooms fit 1 extra bed (₹1,500/night). Villas accommodate 2 extra beds. Cribs are free (request at booking). Note: Tents max 2 adults.

What’s your pet policy?

We’re pet-friendly! � Villas allow dogs (<15 kg) for ₹2,500/stay (includes bed, bowl & treats). Not permitted in Deluxe Rooms/Tents.

Is the retreat accessible for guests with mobility challenges?

Deluxe Rooms are wheelchair-accessible with ramps and grab bars. Villas/Tents involve stepped pathways. Contact us for detailed assistance.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Standard: Free cancellation 72+ hours before check-in.

Peak Season (Oct-Mar): 7-day notice required.
COVID/family emergencies: Flexible rescheduling!

All rooms face valleys/hills! Villas offer panoramic vistas; Deluxe Rooms have balcony views; Tents overlook forests.

How do I book activities during my stay?

Use our guest app (sent pre-arrival) or visit the Concierge. Treks, spa, and pool parties fill fast—we recommend pre-booking!

Are there monsoon-specific concerns?

Our hillside location is monsoon-safe! Rooms have umbrellas, non-slip paths, and 24/7 security. Tip: Villas offer best rain views!
